4. Custom Orders

4.3. Since custom products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect based on the information provided at the time of order.

6.4. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.

7.2. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a return and replacement or refund.
7.3. For non-personalized products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
7.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
